My Deaughter needed further support with dealing with the loss of her mother. Alina has been fantastic in providing strategies that my daughter can use hen she becomes anxiois or upset, especially in school or when I am nit around.
Had an appointment with Alina for my son, she was so patient and when he sat down on the floor she sat down on the floor with him for the entire session. She gave him the time he needed to reply and he really enjoyed it and really opened up with her.
I had my first counselling session with Alina last week and she put me at ease straight the way. We are looking at ways of addressing my addiction to sugar and have put in simple measures to address this and become more healthy as a result. Alina is very understanding, knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to future sessions.
